A las maquiladoras y exportadoras les ha ido muy bien por el tipo de cambio en los ultimos anos. Pero en el segmento bajo, la recuperacion ha sido mucho mas lenta. El hecho de que estamos abriendo el credito hipotecario es un detonante para que vuelva a haber construccion. Con esto se recuperaria un nivel empresarial, que es lo que te da una estabilidad economica mayor, con mas generacion de empleos y una recuperacion de capacidad de ahorro y de endeudamiento de la gente.
