Dan Smith is in his first term as vice president for Region III. He serves as ACTE Board liaison to the Resolutions Committee and chairs a subcommittee examining international memberships. Smith has been an active member of the Minnesota Association for Career and Technical Education, serving over the years as president, Region III Policy Committee representative, and chair of Minnesota's Policy Development Committee.
