ASHEBORO -- Randolph County's Tourism Development Authority is hoping a fresh approach to marketing will help pump up overnight travel in the area.
The authority has selected Cat's Eye Marketing of Rocky Mount to redesign its advertising materials to deliver the new "Discover Family Fun Close To Home" message. The agency will likely retire the "Quiet Side of Excitement" theme the authority has used since 1998.
