QUAKER STATE ANNOUNCES NEW APPOINTMENTS AND RESTRUCTURING

OIL CITY, Pa., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Quaker State Corporation (NYSE: KSF) has announced senior management changes and approved a corporate restructuring to create a separate subsidiary to manage the manufacturing and sale of its branded motor oil and other automotive care products.

The new unit will assume the historic name of the corporation, Quaker State Oil Refining Corporation.
