* And the bishops wonder why we don't take them seriously! The "Authentic Liturgy" article by Bishop Donald Trautman (NCR, Nov. 9) shows clearly why it "fails the mission of the church." For example, on Sunday when praying the Nicene Creed I always wonder why it is that the church only prays "for us men and for our salvation." I know that you bishops are a "feminine-phobic" group but, come on guys, don't women also need salvation?
