Dec. 12--NEW YORK--Many technology companies have died and others gasp for breath, but the digital revolution continues because consumers and businesses alike have embraced the Internet, industry executives said Tuesday.
"The Internet revolution has never slowed. It's never missed a beat," Robert Pittman, co-chief operating officer of AOL Time Warner Inc., said at the Internet World trade show. "It's in full force."
