FT. WAYNE, IND. - Central Soya Co. Inc. has reached an agreement to purchase a manufacturing plant in New Bremen, Ohio, from Dairy Farmers of America (DFA).
The two organizations had been in negotiations for several months over the transaction, which was completed Nov. 22. The purchase price was undisclosed.
