EAST LANSING, MICH. -- There are all sorts of circumstantial evidence to help one make the case that right wing Brad Winchester had a miserable experience with the University of Wisconsin men's hockey team last season.

After starting strong, generating four goals and nine points in the first 10 games, Winchester labored through goal-less streaks of eight and 16 games and finished with 16 points in 41 outings.
