Desde el fondo del Aula Magna de la Universidad de La Habana, Jorge Castañeda Gutman reconoció al comandante Manuel Piñeiro Lozada que, cerca del presidium, platicaba con invitados y otros funcionarios del gobierno cubano.
Castañeda se le acercó con naturalidad.
--Comandante, lo quiero saludar --dijo al tiempo que extendÃa su mano.
Piñeiro volteó y lo miró con sorpresa. Luego, observó la mano extendida.
--No te la mereces --le dijo y se dio la media vuelta.
