Insignia Financial Group, Inc. announced that its U.S. commercial real estate services subsidiary, Insignial/ESG, Inc., has acquired Baker Commercial Realty, Inc., a leading provider of commercial real estate services in the greater Dallas area. The purchase price was not disclosed.
