Bhakti Group has expanded stealing the limelight in a year through aggressive acquisition of a number of companies in the process of recapitalization by the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA). A series of acquisition has been made by the company valued at Rp 2.7 trillion. Among the companies acquired, wholly or partly by Bhakti Group include PT Bentoel Prima at Rp 350 billion, Astra Internasional at Rp 194.895 billion - but the two stocks have been redivested, PT Metro Selular Nusantara at Rp 315 billion, PT Agis at Rp 270 billion, PT SCTV at Rp 405 billion, PT ...
