The person responsible for monitoring radiation exposure at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant reportedly ignored evidence workers had been exposed to neptunium in 1961.
The Louisville (Ky.) Courier-Journal reported Monday that Richard C. Baker decided results from urine tests raised no cause for alarm.
