The Leo name has been synonymous with football excellence in Everett for the past 50 years.
Gennaro Leo has only added to the legacy.
Despite sharing backfield duties with classmate Darryl Doe, Leo has rushed for nearly 800 yards in leading Everett to the top of the Greater Boston League, as well as a No. 3 ranking in the Sweet 16. The individual numbers are nice, but the only stat Leo is concerned with is the winning percentage (1.000).
