Israeli shoe manufacturer Onyx Footwear Industries, located outside Tel Aviv and producer of the BeautiFeel brand of comfort footwear, is aiming high.

The company founder, Ami Bar-Nahor, has aggressive expansion plans for the brand in the United States. He recently formed an American subsidiary named Beautifeel-usa, based in Chatsworth, Calif., and took a new look at the styling and technology behind the line.
