ENCINO - Radio producer and Encino resident Patrick Joseph Flanders II died in an auto crash Tuesday in Van Nuys. He was 21.
Flanders was a radio producer for Westwood One and Tesh Media for three years. He worked on the nationally syndicated ``The John Tesh Show'' and ``The Tom Leykis Show.''
Flanders was born March 28, 1980, in San Francisco. He moved to the San Fernando Valley in 1988. He graduated from Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks in 1998. He played two positions on the football team, linebacker and ...
