Morocco's Free Trade Agreement with the EU may call for increasing economic ties, but sharp differences remain.
Thanks to a Free Trade Agreement which came into force 18 months ago, Moroccans will soon be able to buy Italian pasta, French perfume, and German calculators without paying duties which once ranged as high as 400 per cent.
