Mitzi Badger's guilt or innocence will be decided by one person instead of 12 when her murder retrial starts next week.
Badger waived her right to a jury trial Tuesday, electing to have an acting Onondaga County Court judge decide whether she murdered her estranged husband, Timothy, by poisoning him with antifreeze two years ago.
