Look for big changes in the Idyl Hour. The restaurant and bar, located in the lobby of the Piper Jaffray Building at 3rd Av. and 9th St. in downtown Minneapolis, is getting a makeover, taking on a new (and still undecided) name, a new look and a new menu created by a new executive chef.
