FERGUSON PLEADS GUILTY TO SIGNING FALSE DOCUMENT

DENVER, Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Attorney Michael Norton today announced that Adam A. Ferguson plead guilty to a charge in United States District Court of Title 26 7206(1), signing a false document under penalty of perjury.

Federal Judge Matsch heard the plea and set sentencing for a later date. Ferguson was released on a $2,500 bond.

Ferguson had been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury on Aug. 28, 1989 charging him with four counts of Title 26 USC 7206(1). ...
