THE region's new multi million pound shopping complex has an unexpected feather in its cap.

Italian football star Fabrizio Ravanelli - nicknamed the White Feather - was spotted shopping in Solihull's prestigious new pounds 200 million Touchwood shopping centre.

The white-haired centre forward took time out from training with Premiership Derby County to spend some of his estimated pounds 35,000 a week.
