What's with Raymond J. Alger, the 69-year-old guy dancing wildly by himself outside Spirits bar in Auburn? The guy wearing the gold lame jacket and black, faux-leather pants with red flames shooting from the cuffs. The guy with the tiger-striped, neon-colored cowboy hat.
