Phoenix Media Group, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: PXMG) has launched a plan for the establishment of the Manfred Moose Foundation. The mission of the Manfred Moose Foundation is to help mend the spirits of children in distress around the world. To accomplish this the Manfred Moose Foundation will form several Manfred Moose Rapid Response Teams.
