Search engines, search engines, search engines! I can't say it enough. Search engine promotion should be your first and primary concern if you want visitors to come rushing to your Web site.
Fact: Eighty-five percent of all Web surfers find a Web site of interest via the search engines. If you are not listed within the top 30 listings of those seach engines, then don't expect to have a flood of traffic to your site.
We all receive e-mails from companies that promise to list your Web site on more than 50,000 search engines for $29. You have got to be kidding ...
