SANTA ANA, Calif. _ Ernie Delfin didn't think twice before moving from Los Angeles to Orange County in 1977.

Never mind the fact that he was the only Filipino-American in his Fountain Valley neighborhood, or that he was miles away from traditional Filipino enclaves in neighboring Los Angeles cities like Carson and Long Beach.
