Competitors needed for adventure race

The Partners for the Lincoln Marsh in Wheaton will be beneficiaries of a charity Bog Dog race Aug. 25.

The adventure race will cover more than 40 miles in two counties, offering 12 miles of trail running and orienteering, 16 miles of canoeing and 15 miles of biking.

The course can be completed in fewer than 24 hours. Registration deadline is today, and the fee is $255 per coed team of three with a fourth member for support.
