So let's get this straight: it takes four to six weeks to cure a case of athlete's foot no matter which topical anti-fungal treatment you choose.
This was a point drug manufacturer Schering-Plough emphasized in its complaints about advertising for Novartis' line of athlete's foot treatments. But Novartis made exactly the same assertion of fact when it accused Schering-Plough of posting misleading ads for its line of athlete's foot products. What's going on here?
