NEW YORK, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of its efforts to support Chinese studies and scholastic exchange programs worldwide, the Republic China has galvanized private and public sectors to raise US$100 million in donations in establishing the Chiang Ching-kuo Foundation, said a member of the Academia Sinica -- the ROC's highest academic institution--in New York today.
