COLOGNE FASHION FAIR BECKONS U.S. BUYERS NEW YORK -- European executives are hoping that the impending unification of the European Economic Community and a location central to much of the Continent will make Cologne as much a men's wear must-see for U.S. buyers as Paris, Rome and Milan are.
