Jun. 30--The Iron Man of the San Jose Post Office clocked in for the last time Friday.

Michael Miyahara, 83, benched himself after devoting 43 years to a job where he was never late and almost never on the disabled list. In fact, it took a mild heart attack 20 years ago to get him to stay home from work.
