Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation and The Kentucky State Fair will host the finals of the 1989 SIR WALTER RALEIGH Pipe Smoking Contest on Sunday, August 27, 1989 at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center.

This year's event will mark the 25th year that the contest has been sponsored by Brown & Williamson and held at the State Fair.
