STILLWATER, N.Y. -- Benedict Arnold, America's most infamous general, has a name that's become synonymous with deceit and betrayal.
Once the former Revolutionary War hero turned traitor in 1780, his name began disappearing from public sites. But on Thursday, exactly 200 years after his death, the Saratoga National Historical Park will complete an exhibit featuring a plaque bearing his name, among others.
