TYLER CORPORATION ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF RELIANCE UNIVERSAL TRANSACTION

DALLAS, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Tyler Corporation (NYSE: TYL) announced today that the shareholders of the company overwhelmingly approved the spinoff of a new Tyler Corporation and the merger of Reliance Universal into a unit of Akzo N.V. The transaction will be effective at the close of business today.
