The JAPAN BANK FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION finally approved a $94,000,000 loan to El Salvador's government to finance the upgrade of its Cutuco port. The Japanese government, for that matter, has already completed preliminary and feasibility studies. And, it has now begun the project's final design which
