Christie's East is heading west with plans to vacate it's 219 East 67th street space after a quarter century at that address. Christie's East averaged 60 auctions a year at this location.
The space is being marketed through Massey Knakal Real Estate Services for $23 million.
The announcement that the British auction giant would consolidate came three weeks ago. Christie's East will move into space at the company's Rockefeller Center headquarters.
