May 19--Some of us just want the telephone to work, every time.

We want phone service at a fair price, and we don't care who's ringing the bells.

Some of us just want the lights to come on, every time.

We want electricity at a fair price, and couldn't care less where it comes from.

Same for water. Don't ask us to pump it.

Same for cable television. Don't ask us to program a box.

Same for the Internet. Don't make it any more difficult than www.easyasfallingoffalog.com.
