In 1950, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were accused of giving atomic secrets America's enemy. Did they do it?

Introduction

Early this year, FBI agent Robert Hanssen made front-page headlines. Hanssen was charged with selling U.S. secrets to Russia. Experts say he may have seriously damaged U.S. national security.

Fifty years ago, spying was also in the news. A New York City couple, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, were charged with selling atomic bomb secrets to the Soviet Union.
