State-owned telecommunication company PT Indonesian Satellite Corp. (Indosat) issued bonds early this months valued at Rp 1.5 trillion. The first bonds in 2001 are for 5 years with a fixed and floating interest rates. The bonds were divided into series A with a fixed interest rate of 17.5% to 18.5% a year for 5 years, series B carrying a fixed interest rate of 17.5% to 18.5% in the first year and a flaoting interest in the following years with a maximum limit of 2.5 percentage points above the fixed rate and a minimum limit of 2.5 percentage point below the fixed rate based on the ...
