SURABAYA, Indonesia, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Indonesia's expanding capital markets got a major boost today with the dedication of a privately owned stock exchange in Surabaya, the nation's second largest city and an important industrial, commercial and shipping center about 250 miles east of Jakarta.
