UNITED-GUARDIAN SIGNS AGREEMENT FOR
WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTION OF POWERFUL GERMICIDE
SMITHTOWN, N.Y., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- United-Guardian, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNIR), today announced that an agreement has been reached with Laboratoire MXM, Antibbe, France, for the distribution of Triclorine, United-Guardian's powerful germicide for medical and surgical equipment. Laboratoire MXM will distribute Triclorine throughout Europe, North Africa, and the Arabic countries of the Mideast. Distribution is expected to begin in March.
