PORTSMOUTH -- Irvin C. ``Jack'' Ruff, 62, of the 400 block of Dorset Ave. died Jan. 28, 1997, in Manning Convalescent Home, Portsmouth.
A drywall hanger, Mr. Ruff was a native of Palmyra, N.C., and was a U.S. Army veteran.
