NBC will relaunch one of its few problem series Wednesday night when ''JAG'' moves into the 8-9 time slot that was originally occupied by ''Seaquest DSV'' in the fall.
The ratings-leading network said two new cast members have been added to the cast of an action-adventure series starring David James Elliott and Tracey Needham.
They portray Navy officers and lawyers who are assigned to the judge advocate general's (JAG) division, where they handle legal and courtroom assignments.
