BYLAWS

ARTICLE I

NAME, PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES, AND OFFICES

Section 1.1. Name

The name of the corporation is Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology.

Section 1.2. Purposes and Objectives

The purposes of the Federation are set forth in its Articles of Incorporation. The Federation shall operate as a nonprofit organization in a manner that is consistent with the following objectives:
