CELESTA 11 CORP. ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE, STOCK SPLIT

LONGMONT, Colo., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Celesta 11 Corp. (OTC: Pink Sheets) has moved to change the name of the company to Spectrum Resources Inc. In addition, they have recommended a 1-for-25 reverse stock split. The total number of shares outstanding in Celesta 11 Corp. is 180,468,400 prior to the reverse split.
