FARMERS' fury erupted again last night as the cost of the foot-and-mouth outbreaks on both side of the border was estimated to hit pounds 1billion.
Agriculture Minister Brid Rodgers heaved a hugh sigh of relief when the European Commission's veterinary committee lifted the 27-day-old export ban on the Province.
But Ulster farmers vented their anger at the seven-day safety delay on the movement of meat and dairy products.
