CHARIOT QUESTIONS CREDIBILITY OF SYNALLOY'S STATEMENTS
NEW YORK, May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Chariot Holdings, Ltd. announced today that it believes Synalloy Corporation's (AMEX: SYO) latest letter to shareholders, which attempts to question Chariot's ability to obtain financing for its $10 cash per share offer to acquire Synalloy, lacks credibility based on the recent statements made by Synalloy's chief executive officer.
