NEW YORK, March 26 /PRNewswire/ --

Fredric G. Reynolds, the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom Inc., has been named President of the CBS Television Stations Division, effective immediately. The announcement was made today by Leslie Moonves, President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS Television.
