The agreement announced Friday between Dale Earnhardt's widow and the Orlando Sentinel over access to photos from Earnhardt's autopsy has not ended the controversy.

NASCAR President Mike Helton said Saturday at Darlington Raceway that a medical expert on NASCAR's behelf reviewed the photos from the autopsy performed after Earnhardt, a seven-time Winston Cup champion, was killed in a crash during the Daytona 500 on Feb. 18.
