President Vicente Fox Quesada has presented a dizzying number of initiatives during the first 100 days of his administration, causing critics to question whether the president may be embarking on an overambitious agenda.
In the three months since he took office, the president has used his 70% approval rate to launch a "social alliance" against crime, a crusade to protect Mexico's forests and water supplies, and myriad initiatives dealing with anti-poverty measures, support for small business, and improving the quality of Mexico's educational system.
