The Bensenville Elementary District 2 school board voted 6-1 Monday night to approve a nonbinding agreement with the village that could lead to the sale of four schools, sending all district students to one school and retiring the district's debt.

The plan calls for Kioga School to close by June 30 and the other three buildings - Chippewa, Mohawk and Johnson - to close by Jan. 1, 2003. The buildings would be sold...
