H & H OIL TOOL CO. AND MIDWAY FISHING TOOL COMPANY SIGN AGREEMENT

SANTA PAULA, Calif., March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- H & H Oil Tool Co. Inc. (NASDAQ: HHOT) and Midway Fishing Tool Company today announced they have signed an agreement, whereby H & H will acquire certain assets of Midway for an undisclosed amount of cash and notes.
